SCUM is an open-world survival game where the player’s goal is to survive as long as possible by gathering resources, crafting items, and avoiding danger in a post-apocalyptic world. The player must manage their physical needs such as hunger, thirst, and health while also dealing with other players and AI-controlled enemies. The ultimate objective is to become the most powerful survivor on the island and establish dominance over other players.
